My recent experience with Alienware Support, both good and bad.
- @dotMailer A cop out to say the existing one is beyond your control as you chose it to begin with, good that its being replaced though

- @dotMailer Does it make a difference that the editor is by #Telerik? The fact is that it still messes with your template code!

- #Dotmailer editor system is a PITA because it changes all the markup once you put your campaign into their editor!
